Coronavirus (COVID-19): Procedures and Policies 

We recognize the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, and we place high priority on the health and safety of our guests and employees. In response to the outbreak, here are the procedures and policies that are currently in place. 

  • Make sure to check local and state restrictions before your trip as they can change frequently: NM Dept. of Health - Travel Recommendations

  • Face Coverings must be properly worn and are required for all guests, visitors,vendors, and employees in all public spaces. A disposable mask can be provided, if so needed. 

  • In order to socially distance, please maintain a distance of six (6) feet from other guests that are not in your party. 

  • Sanitizer Stations can be found in high traffic areas, such as the Lobby and Elevator landings.  

  • Housekeeping is currently only fully servicing departing rooms. Trash pick up, towel exchange and extra amentites can be arranged through the Front Desk. 

  • Plexi-Glass dividers have been installed at the Front Desk, in order to help our staff to better socially distance. 

  • Breakfast food service is currently "To Go" only. 

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning of public spaces, focusing on high touch areas. 

  • We are utilizing cleaners/chemicals and cleaning procedures that are effective against the virus. 

  • We are utilizing Electrostatic Sprayers in public spaces and rooms in order to to better sanitize and disinfect surfaces. 

  • All staff have their temperature taken and logged before every shift. 

  • Staff have been trained in safety practices and are "NM Safe Certified".
